It is advisable to wear a high factor sun screen to protect yourself and your family from the harmful rays when you are on holiday, especially when it is cloudy as this is the time you are more likely to burn as you are not shading from the sun.

It is important to enjoy yourself on your holiday ? just remember to take as much care as you would at home and not be reckless just because you are on your holiday, be sensible with the sea, pool, alcohol and valuables and you should have a stress free trip, you should also check you insurance before you go away to see what you are covered for.
